These terms govern your use of SmartQualifier, a service operated by Tagloud ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
SmartQualifier transcribes call recordings you send and uses automated analysis to estimate whether each call meets the qualification rules you define. Results are provided to help you review calls and are not guaranteed to be accurate. You remain responsible for billing, payout and business decisions made using the results, and you can override any verdict.
Your account
- Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your company.
Acceptable use
- Only send calls you have the legal right to record and share, with all required notices and consents.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass anyone, or to process data you are not permitted to process.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Plans and payment
The free trial includes a limited number of analyzed calls. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance; calls above your plan's included amount are billed at the per-call rate shown on your plan. Calls beyond a hard limit may be held until you upgrade. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Your data
You own the data you send us. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep SmartQualifier available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or disputed payouts.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or fail to pay.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless the law of your location requires otherwise.
